Its been awhile since I have updated this, but I have felt like I haven’t had much to say lately. I was very excited about the idea of this new show “The world of Jenks” A young documentary filmmaker follows around the lives of unique people. This week Andrew Jenks followed around a young man named Chad who has autisim. This episode really hit home to me because my younger Brother Anthony has suffered from Aspergers for most of his life. Aspergers is a brach of Autism. Aspergers effects the way a person socializes and communicates effectively. Although Aspergers isnt as severe as Autism there is alot of simmilarites. I have always known that a person with these types of dissorders are very special people just because they can’t neccesarily communicate they way you and I do doesnt make us any better or smarter. This episode has made me feel a lot more stronger about that thought. The way Andrew bonded with Chad and was so open and willing to learn from him, and was also so patient with him opened my eyes to my relationship with my brother. I haven’t always been this patient with Tony and for this I am truly sorry. My brother is an amazing person who has been delt a difficult hand at time but has always been able to pull through it. For this he is was one of the most strongest and most incredible people I have ever known. Just because somebody is diffrent doesnt make you better then them or make them of lesser value. I am one to admit that sometimes I do forget this. My main reason for writing this is to get the point across that people like Chad or Tony are rare jewels in this world and are truly special and are meant to teach us alot in this world.
This morning I discovered that last night I was wearing two different color flip flops. One was navy and one was metallic grey. I must of looked like a real big idiot. On top of that I left my bag and chances bag in the shoe store. Sometimes I wonder how I get through life being such a hot mess.
Just bought this book! Im so excited to read it im not afraid to say I wanna be a lot like her hopefuly she gives me a lot of good advice
So on the New Moon DVD they have a special feature called Edward Fast Forward they play the movie but automatically fast forward to the scenes with Edward. What a Brillant Idea its the best parts of the movie anyway
Everytime I wear my hall olympics t-shirt from senior year of college I think of how I ran into the ra office but somebody was stupid and left it unlocked and stole as many as possible and handed them out to everybody as party favors. I never got a t-shirt because I never particpated so I made it my goal that night lol. I was such a mess
